All Terra Thread products are made of Fairtrade Organic cotton and manufactured at a Fair Trade Certified Factory. Terra Thread products are made of 100% organic cotton canvas.
Are Terra Thread products vegan?
Our products are 100% vegan- they do not contain any animal By-products.
Are Terra Thread products waterproof?
Our products are made with 100% Organic Cotton Canvas, and they are not waterproof. We are still in search of eco-friendly water-resistant material, hopefully we will find it soon.
Do you offer any discount or have rewards program?
Currently, we do not offer discounts or rewards. However, you can enjoy free shipping on all orders.

Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within the US and you can enjoy free shipping.
For larger wholesale and corporate orders, contact us for shipping rates.
Can I cancel or changes my shipping address?
If the order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able cancel your order. Please reach out to us at terrathread@terrathread.com and we will do our best to help.
How often do you fulfill the orders?
All the orders placed during business days will ship within 12-48 hours. Orders placed after 11 am on weekdays and during the weekends will ship on the next business day. Once shipped, your order will be delivered in 3-7 days.
How will my order be delivered?
NO BUBBLE WRAP. NO STYROFOAM. NO PLASTIC. NO UNNECESSARY PACKAGING.
Our products are delivered to you free of plastic and unnecessary packaging. This may lead to natural traces of their package-free journey, like marks and folds.
What is your return or refund policy?
Our policy is very straightforward. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply return the product(s) to us. Kindly note that Terra Thread does not cover return shipping costs. You can find information on return and refund HERE.

How do I clean my Terra Thread product(s)?
We recommend spot cleaning with a soft damp cloth and let air-dry.

-Line dry or tumble dry low
